2025 MYCAMP
Who: Children entering grades 1st-6th in Fall 2025
What: Campers participate in sports, games, arts & crafts, swimming, field trips, summer reading, and more.
Campers must bring a lunch and plenty of snacks to get through a busy day!
When: There are 7 weekly sessions held Monday-Friday (except July 4) from 9a to 3p. Drop-offs begin at 8:45a.
AfterCare is available at an additional charge, Monday to Thursday, from 3p to 5p. Pre-registration required.
Where: The camp is based at Media Youth Center. For certain activities and in the event of inclement weather (excessive heat, thunderstorms, etc.), MYCamp Staff will make use of our gymnasium & the second floor String Learning Center. There will also be plenty of outside activities, as well as a weekly trip to a local swim club (weather permitting).
2025 MYCamp Rates:
- $150/wk. for Media residents
- $200/wk. for non-residents
- $12/hr. per child for AfterCare
2025 MYCamp Sessions:
- Session 1: June 16th-20st Suoer Hero WEEK
- Session 2: June 23TH-27TH S.T.E.A.M WEEK
- Session 3: June 30th-3TH LEGO WEEK (closed Friday. 7/4)
- Session 4: July 7TH-11TH JUNGLE WEEK
- Session 5: July JULY 14th-18th SPACE WEEK
- (week of July 21st)- no MYCamp - closed for Mike Doyle Jr’s Basketball Camp)
- Session 6: July 28TH-AUGUST 1st OLYMPICS/ULTIMATE GAMES WEEK
- Session 7: AUGUST 4TH-8TH SPIRIT WEEK
*all sessions will be capped at 40 campers, after which a waitlist will be activated*
MYCamp's swim day will be Tuesdays again this year (barring inclement weather) . We will not be participating in the Lesson segment this Summer; only Free Swim. If you do not want your child to attend Knowlton Pool with us, they can be dropped off to MYC at lunchtime or they can stay home for the day on Tuesdays. MYCamp Staff will not remain at MYC with children who are not permitted to attend Knowlton Pool.
Please note:
If any camper's healthcare provider, educational provider, social service provider, or other caregiver needs to visit MYC during the camp day, you (the registering parent/guardian - not the provider) must provide MYCamp with at least 2 business days' notice of each requested visit and the requested date, time, and duration of the visit. MYCamp will try to reasonably accommodate all requested provider visits. For the safety of our campers and staff, MYCamp will not permit any provider access to MYCamp or any campers unless and until such provider has delivered to MYCamp copies of all required clearances, credentials, and photo ID. Please email [email protected] to obtain information on the required MYCamp clearances and credentials, and to provide the advance notice of the requested visit.
MANDATORY FORMS to be completed for each Camper
The forms listed below must be completed and submitted for each camper prior to the start of camp.
As soon as possible, please submit the forms before camp starts (scan/photo and email to [email protected], mail to MYC, 1 Youth Way, Media, PA 19063, or drop off to MYC to the secure lock box located outside the office entrance of the building).
*Campers are not permitted to attend unless all required forms are on file!*
